DELIVERIES

A handling fee of $10.00 inclusive of GST will be charged for an order under the value of $100.00 There will be no handling fee if your order exceeds $100.00.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Due to many products these days imported against order, no cancellations will be accepted after an order is placed. All quoted delivery times are approximations only and are subject to change. Every effort is made to deliver on time, however delays can occur with Australian Customs clearing procedures and 3rd party freight carriers which are beyond our control. It is strongly advised that installers are booked only AFTER the purchaser has received the correct products in good condition.

SAMPLES

Up to half a metre samples of wallpaper and borders where available will be supplied at $5.00 per sample inclusive of GST. Fabric samples can also be supplied.Please note: Samples of some products are not available .

PAYMENT TERMS

At the time of placing your order you will be asked for your Credit Card details which will then be processed by us. Visa, Master Card and Bank Card are our 3 options of payment. This is a secure Web Site and your details are strictly confidential.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

Due to the wide variety of surfaces, and conditions of application of the products we sell, all goods are sold on the express understanding that liability for goods claimed to be faulty is limited to the replacement or wholesale credit of the product, if fault proven. All products are sold with the understanding that Wallpaper World does not manufacture the goods, and act only as agents of the manufacturer. Wallpaper World is not affiliated with any installers and take no responsibility for poor installation of our products.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted if the order has been completed correctly. The only exceptions are faulty goods (if prooven), and goods delivered incorrectly by Wallpaper World. There will be no penalties or additional charges if the return is a Wallpaper World error, or the goods are faulty.
